Most AI services work like a lockbox in someone else's house: You hold the key, but the house belongs to someone else. ExeoAI turns this around — the engine goes where your data already resides: in a Swiss data center, in your own cloud, or on your servers. ExeoAI is a collection of established AI technologies that can be operated without third-party services and without vendor lock-in.

Core functions

Four building blocks, one document flow

The four functions work together: An incoming document is recognized, read, summarized, and remains searchable afterwards.

ExeoAI Interpretation

Recognizes and classifies content in image and text: invoice, contract, or delivery note — and distinguishes between inquiry, support ticket, and fraud attempt.

ExeoAI Extraction

Automatically reads individual fields: recipient, addresses, IBAN, amounts, and other metadata. The field catalog is freely extensible.

ExeoAI Generation

Summarizes invoices, contracts, and emails in contextual fields — as preparation for further processing, not as an end in itself.

ExeoAI Search

Finds similar rather than just identical: comparable contracts, legal cases, or documents, found via a description instead of exact search terms.

From inbox to structured dataset

ExeoAI is not a chat window, but a processing pipeline that integrates into existing workflows. Every step is versioned and traceable in the audit trail.

Capture
Documents and emails come from your existing sources: mailbox (IMAP, Microsoft 365, Google), SharePoint/OneDrive, SFTP or via REST API. Scanned documents pass through the OCR stage.
Result
All incoming documents are available in machine-readable form.

Understand
The engine classifies the document type and identifies content using NLP in more than 30 languages — including named entity recognition, table and form recognition.
Result
Every document is typed and its content is understood.

Extract and validate
The defined fields are extracted and validated. Uncertain cases are sent to a person for review — the correction flows back into the system as feedback.
Result
Validated, structured data instead of blind full automation.

Pass on
The results are transferred via open interfaces: into workflows, accounting (Bexio, Abacus), your database or the search index.

Security

Privacy by Design, not as an afterthought

A Swiss server location alone does not ensure data sovereignty: if the provider belongs to a corporation in a third country, that country's law applies. ExeoAI goes deeper: who controls the processing?

AI within your own perimeter

The AI models run either on your premises or on our own servers in Switzerland — never with a third party. In the on-premises model, your data never leaves your organisation.

AI in your own operations

By default, no external AI services are called and no data is shared with hyperscalers. If you require an external provider, we integrate it deliberately and document the arrangement.

Encrypted processing

End-to-end encryption throughout the entire AI pipeline.

Traceable decisions

Complete audit trails and traceable decision paths — the basis for providing information about automated decisions.

Permissions also apply to AI

Anyone who is not allowed to see information without AI will not see it with AI either. ExeoAI operates within the permissions context of your existing systems — permissions cannot be bypassed via AI. Processing receives only the access and tools required for the use case. We build ExeoAI the way we operate our own agents.

ExeoAI is designed in accordance with the requirements of the revised Swiss Data Protection Act and the GDPR. Compliance in individual cases depends on the specific use — we clarify this with you during the project.
