Initial Situation

Internal business processes were to be optimized and cleanly modeled — as a foundation for further digitalization.

Solution

ATESO served as the design and implementation partner for internal process optimization at a Swiss insurance company in Winterthur. The focus was on the optimization and digitalization of business processes as well as process engineering based on BPMN and FNZ (Appway). In doing so, the group-wide surrounding systems were integrated into the process and solution architecture via appropriate interfaces.
